The Tri-Valley School District greatly appreciates the volunteers and chaperones who provide assistance to students and teachers through their participation in classroom support, as well as, special events and activities. Volunteers are essential to the success of students.

All volunteer and chaperone clearances and requested documents should be submitted by email to: trs@tvdawgs.net

FBI Fingerprinting Registration 

FBI Fingerprinting Location Information

PA Criminal Record Check - FREE 

PA Child Abuse Certification - FREE 

PA Act 24/82 Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification Form

Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training - Optional ONLY for field trip chaperones.  All others must complete training.
